It is estimated the retreat will be operational by Spring/Summer 2010 dependent upon funding availability, and will operate during the Spring-Fall months.  Rachel's Retreat is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization and will be staffed primarily by volunteers and professional staff.  Funding will be based on contributions from individuals, corporate and private grants, and corporate sponsorships.
